Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Form- In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Morton Loggers’ Jubilee, I the undersigned, do hereby release and agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the Morton Loggers’ Jubilee, Inc., Morton Chamber of Commerce, Morton School District, City of Morton, volunteers and employees from and against any and all claims, to myself or my property which may result from my participation in the Morton Loggers’ Jubilee. I further hereby agree to abide by the rules and accept all decisions of the judges as final.
